We have a range of alarm monitoring plans to suit your business' needs. Our alarm solutions monitor alarm panels for tampering, low battery and unavailability.
Included in your monthly cost is the Telstra supplied wireless IP device and the alarm monitoring service. Our alarm solutions also include proactive notification of alarm panel arming or disarming, outside your specified hours.

Although the monitoring is wireless with Business Protect, you will still need to move your affected business fixed phones/broadband onto the nbn? when it becomes available.
You need to be in the Telstra Mobile Network coverage area for wireless monitoring. See http://www.hotfoodrecipe.com/coverage-networks/our-coverage for coverage areas.
The alarm monitoring service and installation is provided by Sapio Pty Ltd. Telstra services on the nbn? are not available to all areas or customers. Once you are connected to the nbn?, you won't able to move to our copper network.
